With the holy season of Lent starting today, we wanted to let you know about an exciting new communications program we are launching. This year, we are curating a Lenten Reflection Series. The reflections will provide easy-to-share content as a way for you to engage your community and journey together through the Lenten season – think of it as a virtual Lenten Mission.
The collection of reflections will be authored by a wide variety of people – religious, lay, young, old – from across the country. The series will be offered as a free resource and consist of eight reflections (Ash Wednesday, each of the six Sundays in Lent, Easter Sunday). The written reflections will also have a companion video. The reflections can be shared with your parishioners via email, featured on your website, posted on your social channels and printed in your bulletin.
In addition to the reflections, we’ll be sharing a comprehensive “How-To Kit” to help you leverage these tools. If you’d like to receive the reflections straight to your inbox, please sign up here. They are free and come with no solicitations.
Follow the link to your Ash Wednesday Lenten Reflection Series content. Look for the Sunday, February 21st reflection in the coming days (we’ll be sure to send a reminder). As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
