How GiveCentral Text-to-Engage works (advanced text-to-give)
1. You choose a keyword.
Available to all nonprofits with a monthly subscription to our tools, the Text-to-Give feature is located on your dashboard.
Each organization is assigned a unique texting number and can create multiple keywords- evergreen or targeted to specific campaigns.
2. Tie your texting number to a campaign
Create a new campaign or add texting to an existing one (we find that providing multiple options for giving to donors increases volume!)
3. Donors complete their donation.
Once the donor texts the keyword to your number, they’ll receive a response. Then they’ll click on their link in the text message to complete their donation in whatever amount they choose. And that’s it! GiveCentral sends their donation confirmation and receipt.
