As tax season approaches, donors may begin reaching out to request their annual tax statements.
We want to share an important reminder: GiveCentral does not automatically email tax statements to donors. Instead, donors can securely access and download their tax letter directly from their GiveCentral account at any time.
To help you proactively support your donors, we have attached:

A short instructional video that walks donors through how to log in to their GiveCentral account and download their tax statement - Sharing these resources ahead of time can significantly reduce questions and ensure a smooth experience for your donors during tax season.
