Built into your GiveCentral dashboard is a great feature called Monthly Monitor. This feature can give you a glance at your organization’s performance with a quick summary of your information. For example, is your donation receipt up or down? It can help you find out what’s working or not working as you track donations and campaigns. You can discover the trends that may be helping you or hurting you! If you need help finding and using your GC Monthly Monitor, contact Teresa Meyer at teresa@givecentral.org.

When you have a good idea, you need to keep going with it! Keeping on keeping on is what transforms dreams into reality. Although discouragement is a common emotion when we experience rejection or doubt from others, we have to keep moving forward! I mentioned this last week concerning Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Imagine if he had stopped preaching and leading regarding recognizing the civil rights of all Americans. Where would we be today as a society? On a more personal and entrepreneurial level, did you know that J.K. Rowling, the writer of the Harry Potter series, was rejected by 12 different publishers before someone finally believed in her? Imagine if she had stopped! So, the word for this week is perseverance! That’s a fancy way of saying, “Keep on keeping on!”
